In the past few years, due to vigorous development of China’s industry and rapid increase in urbanization, a series adverse effects have been produced, such as decline groundwater levels, pollution resources, degradation wetlands. Real-time monitoring changes volume water quality under influence human activities is very important current era. It not only great significance for achieving sustainable development, but also indispensable future specific planning. This paper mainly optimizes design well pattern from Yukou landfill source Zhongqiao P District establishes three optimization goals detection probability, early warning response time, cost.
